  • Oversee and maintain the office's IT infrastructure, including printers, networking equipment, and security measures.
  • Keep comprehensive records of support inquiries and their resolutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the IT department to introduce and support innovative technologies.
  • Perform regular system evaluations and updates to maintain optimal functionality and security.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years in IT support, with at least 2 years in a high-touch support capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Expertise in supporting Microsoft Office Suite, email applications, and other productivity software.
  • Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) and remote assistance tools.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage high-pressure scenarios effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) are advantageous.
