- Quickly diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network challenges.
- Install and configure devices, including laptops, smartphones, and tablets.
- Facilitate the smooth operation of video conferencing and presentation tools.
- Oversee and maintain the office's IT infrastructure, including printers, networking equipment, and security measures.
- Keep comprehensive records of support inquiries and their resolutions.
- Work collaboratively with the IT department to introduce and support innovative technologies.
- Perform regular system evaluations and updates to maintain optimal functionality and security.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years in IT support, with at least 2 years in a high-touch support capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Expertise in supporting Microsoft Office Suite, email applications, and other productivity software.
- Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) and remote assistance tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage high-pressure scenarios effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) are advantageous.
