Overview

At Hyatt Regency London, we understand that for many travelers, being away from home can be challenging. Our dedicated Housekeeping team strives to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests. As a Room Attendant, your role is crucial in ensuring that guests enjoy a pleasant and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities

As a Room Attendant, you will be entrusted with the following duties:

  1. Thoroughly clean assigned guest rooms, which includes making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming floors.
  2. Change and restock bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as required.
  3. Perform deep cleaning tasks as necessary to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  4. Efficiently manage and transport the housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis.
  5. Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with hotel policies.
  6. Respond promptly and courteously to special guest requests.
  7. Provide turn-down service for guests when needed.
