Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Amware Fulfillment Serv. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders, inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and Processing Orders: Utilize requisitions and order sheets to pick a wide variety of items, place and arrange items in containers and bins following specific instructions, and arrange containers on pallets.
  • Inventory Management: Check containers for damage, confirm correct items and quantities are received, and perform duties in accordance with standard receiving and operating instructions to ensure inbound and outbound shipments are correct and defect-free.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure work areas are kept clean, neat, and well-organized, and assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Seal and tag containers, confirm accuracy of orders, and sign pick tickets to confirm.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
  • Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, and a great attitude with a willingness to learn.
