Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments on all patients within the appropriate time of admission
- Plan individualized care for each patient, identifying problems/needs, nursing diagnoses, standards of care/practice, interventions consistent with identified problems, and attainable outcomes
- Function independently with treatments, procedures, and equipment appropriate to areas, evidenced by adherence to policy, procedure, and competency-based assessment
- Document accurately and timely
- Reassess patient's condition, evaluate patient response, and modify plan of care accordingly and in a timely manner

Requirements
- Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university
- Licensed in the State of Tennessee
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire
- Basic arrhythmia, ACLS, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification within six months of hire (varies by department)

Compensation and Work Environment
We offer an estimated salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care. You will be required to stand and work for up to 12 hours a day, lift with assistance up to 250 pounds, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
