Job Overview

Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled Marine Flooring Technician to become a vital part of our crew. The successful candidate will be tasked with measuring and installing Gatorstep products in various marine vessels.

Key Responsibilities
- Measure and Install Gatorstep products
- Interpret technical drawings or schematics to guarantee accurate installation
- Conduct system tests to confirm proper functionality
- Diagnose problems and execute necessary repairs
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the installation process

Support in-house digitization efforts.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in installation or a similar role is essential
- Eagerness to learn and adapt

Basic computer proficiency is required.

Ability to work on boats, both in and out of the water.

Fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a small team.
