Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical and administrative support to healthcare providers, ensuring seamless patient care.
  • Prepare exam and treatment rooms, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Triage patients, perform vital signs, and administer injections as needed.
  • Observe patients, charting and reporting changes in condition, and taking necessary action.
  • Assist with lab testing, phlebotomy, and other medical procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatment, assisting providers with minor procedures and physicals.
  • Arrange referrals to specialists and obtain pre-authorizations as directed by providers.
  • Ensure accurate completion of patient charts and forward them as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, promoting a positive work atmosphere and respectful culture.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN in a clinic setting, preferably Primary Care.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
