Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients with accuracy and effectiveness.
- Conduct quality assurance and assessment of customer applications.
- Deliver prompt and professional customer support via phone and email.
- Address merchant account challenges by collaborating with various teams.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for partners and clients, ensuring a positive interaction.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail when processing and submitting documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
