Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients with accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Conduct quality assurance and assessment of customer applications.
  • Deliver prompt and professional customer support via phone and email.
  • Address merchant account challenges by collaborating with various teams.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for partners and clients, ensuring a positive interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail when processing and submitting documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
