Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Innkeeper and Chef Couple to join our team at a luxurious boutique hotel in a stunning natural setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Innkeeper will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including managing reservations, event bookings, and guest services.
  • The Chef will be responsible for creating and implementing a menu that showcases locally sourced ingredients and provides high-quality cuisine for breakfast, happy hour, and special events.
  • Both the Innkeeper and Chef will work together to ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong GM-level experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a boutique hotel or luxury inn setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to manage vendors, ordering, inventory, and cost controls.
  • Experience with housekeeping and maintenance is a plus.
  • A stable couple who can commit to a minimum of 3-5 years with the property.

Benefits:

  • A competitive annual salary of $90,000 for the couple, DOE, plus additional income of $20,000 to $25,000 from event fees.
  • An onsite apartment with WiFi and all utilities, valued at roughly $35,000 per year in this region.
