Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve annual revenue targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Persistent's services.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and sales teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6-8 years of technology-related sales, marketing, or business development experience, preferably in Cloud or Data services.
  • Education: BA/BS degree required, Masters or MBA a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
