iRhythm Technologies is seeking an experienced Certified Cardiac Technician to join our team in Houston. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing patient ECG data and related algorithm findings for clinical accuracy and completeness. You will also be expected to effectively communicate ECG abnormalities to physicians and perform quality assurance checks on all records.

Responsibilities
  • Review patient ECG data and related algorithm findings for clinical accuracy and completeness
  • Effectively communicate ECG abnormalities to physicians
  • Perform quality assurance checks on all records
  • Maintain compliance with job-specific proficiency requirements, including CCT certification
  • Continuously develop clinical knowledge, particularly ECG rhythm interpretation skills
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality metrics as defined for the role
  • Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and best clinical practices
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; Associate's degree or two years of college coursework preferred
  • 2+ years of experience as a cardiac telemetry/monitor technician, Holter scanner, or other position requiring ECG interpretation
  • Advanced computer agility skills and knowledge of Microsoft tools
  • Successful completion of new hire training requirements
  • Knowledge of medical terminology specific to Cardiology
  • Demonstrated capability in rhythm analysis and interpretation
  • Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) or able to be certified within 120 days of hire
