Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technician to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in the field or a related area, with prior Cath Lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities will include assisting the R.N. in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of the Cath Lab patient, as well as scrubbing and running the table (x-ray) in a call-out situation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for archiving and storing digital data, maintaining proper operation of image review stations, and performing post-processing manipulation of digital data to supply physicians with additional clinical data.

ARRT and Radiology Technologist certification through the Texas Department of Health or RCIS certification is required, along with current BCLS certification from the American Heart Association.
