Job Summary:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a motivated and experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team for a 13-week contract position in Richmond, KY.
About the Role:
This role involves providing exceptional patient care in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in OASIS documentation and experienced with Homecare Homebase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess Patient Needs: Complete thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately using OASIS
- Create Individualized Care Plans: Create and manage individualized care plans to address patient needs
- Deliver Skilled Nursing Care: Deliver skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and health education
- Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and positive outcomes
- Educate Patients and Families: Educate patients and families to promote recovery and long-term wellness
Requirements:
- Active RN License: Active RN license in Kentucky required
- OASIS Proficiency: Proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase required
- Home Health Experience: At least 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred
- Background Check: Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards
