We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Abode Care Partners, a leading provider of integrated medical services. Our comprehensive benefits package includes competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth.
About the Role:
As a Nurse Practitioner with Abode Care Partners, you will provide evidence-based medical care to seniors and patients with complex health needs in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, independent living, group homes, and private homes.
Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating illnesses, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining patient care plans.
You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care that prioritizes dignity and quality of life for individuals in need.
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year (based on experience), plus performance-based incentives.
