Job Title: Travel Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team on a travel assignment in Margate, Florida.

Job Summary:

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a critical care setting. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting respiratory assessments, and providing education to patients and families.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and recommend treatment plans
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions
  • Insert and remove endotracheal tubes
  • Document patient information accurately and timely
  • Promote continuous quality improvement
  • Teach and counsel patients and families
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Maintain current CPR or BCLS certification
  • BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS, or NRP preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families
