Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

CrossMed Allied is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Margate, Florida.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a travel Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your skills in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a range of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Graduate from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
