Position Overview

InTouch Credit Union is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager for Commercial Lending and Title Processing. This role is essential in managing and coordinating the operations of the Commercial Lending and Auto Title Processing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing policies and procedures that enhance service delivery in commercial/business lending and title perfection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to oversee the commercial loan processing and title perfection workflows.
  • Direct the daily administrative and operational functions performed by the commercial loan documentation team.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations governing lending activities.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of Commercial Lending Assistants and Auto Title Processors, addressing complex challenges as they arise.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all loan offerings and standard operating procedures within the Credit Union.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly productivity reports to assess departmental performance and compliance.
  • Engage with other departments and external agencies to resolve any issues related to loan processing.
  • Lead and mentor staff through effective communication, regular meetings, and performance evaluations.
  • Proactively identify and address performance issues, ensuring staff development through training and coaching.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $59,000 to $62,479.60.

Work Schedule: This is a full-time position with a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
