We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at CBS Lexington KY NRL. As a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, you will provide quality patient care and perform technical skilled care in the patient's home.
Responsibilities:- Provide services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws governing the practice of nursing, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the health care team.
- Complete progress notes for each visit and submit them to the agency daily.
- Continually observe and report the patient's nursing needs, instruct the patient's family in the care of the patient, and maintain a healthy environment for the patient.
- Observe, record, and report to the supervising nurse and/or physician the patient's response to treatment and changes in the patient's condition.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
- Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
- CPR Certification required.
- At least one year of experience working as an LPN.
