Business Process Documentation Specialist/Intern

New Tech Global is seeking a Business Process Documentation Specialist to assist in reviewing, modifying, and editing business process documents.
The ideal candidate will have experience with document management and metadata attributes, as well as strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing, modifying, and editing business process documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Correct format and alignment issues encountered in editing.
- Update document content to reflect changes due to business transitions.
- Add and update metadata attributes for documents stored in SharePoint.
- Ensure that all documents have accurate metadata to enhance searchability.
- Follow proper naming conventions.
- Conduct thorough reviews of documents to meet company standards.
- Identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies in documents.
- Assist in transition period of updating documents to align with new business processes and policies.
- Communicate changes and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with business process managers and stakeholders.
- Participate in team meetings to provide updates on document status and gather feedback.
Requirements
- Experience with document management and metadata attributes.
- Familiarity with business process documentation.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
