  • Manage patient flow, checking in patients, and coordinating appointments
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and resolve patient inquiries
  • Stay up-to-date on membership options, packages, and promotions to effectively communicate with patients
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and support business objectives
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to clinic standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and team members
