Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the Business Office team and functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Supervise non-medical personnel, including orientation, coaching, and annual evaluations
  • Manage human resource procedures and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Act as a backup to all business office teammates and ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
  • Monitor administrative and accounting procedures, including payroll and accounts payable
  • Coordinate with billing companies, building maintenance, and housekeeping services
  • Work closely with the Clinical Director and Administrator to promote efficient operations and patient care
Requirements:
  • Associate degree required (Bachelor's preferred), or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent work experience
  • 5 years of experience in a medically-related environment, with surgery center experience a plus
  • Supervisory experience and medical terminology knowledge required
  • Computer experience, including Excel, Word, and medical billing software
  • Good communication skills and phone etiquette
