Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our reconstruction services team, you will be responsible for planning and executing reconstruction projects, ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, and resource providers.

Responsibilities
  • Educate customers on the reconstruction process
  • Maintain customer and client communications
  • Ensure proper permits are acquired
  • Create project schedule, timeline, and budget
  • Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers
  • Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients
Requirements
  • Superb customer service track record
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
