Position Summary:

In the role of Service Operations Associate, you will be essential in guiding clients on the advantages and safe use of our vehicle wash services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure the efficient functioning of the vehicle wash facility
  • Greet clients warmly, outline services, and assist with transactions
  • Stay knowledgeable about equipment usage for optimal service delivery
  • Direct drivers through the vehicle washing process
  • Regularly maintain and clean equipment
  • Ensure the facility remains organized and tidy
  • Support clients throughout the vehicle washing experience
  • Assess vehicles prior to entering the wash area
  • Undertake additional tasks as required
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Essential Skills:
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service and professionalism
  • Capability to stand for prolonged periods and lift moderate weights
  • Ability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions
  • Ethical engagement with peers and clients
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Previous experience in the vehicle wash sector is advantageous
