Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Oversee the daily operations of the after-school program, including supervising program staff, managing program logistics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Student Support: Provide support to students, including academic support, behavioral support, and crisis intervention.
  • Staff Development: Provide training and support to program staff, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with parents, school administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in after-school programming operations, including supervisory experience.
