Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Oncology Care Specialist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in New Brunswick, NJ. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals undergoing oncology treatment.


Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients with various types of cancer, including those undergoing chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and other treatments.
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to improve their quality of life.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care, communicate with patients and families, and ensure seamless transitions between care settings.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, document patient data, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Certifications: BCLS/BLS certification required.
  • Experience: Previous travel experience not necessary, but a background in oncology nursing is highly desirable.
  • Shift: Night shifts (3x12) available.
  • Assignment Length: 13 weeks.

Benefits
