Oncology Care Specialist

Job Summary
Oncology RN's at Nursefinders care for patients with cancer and those at risk for the disease. They monitor physical conditions, prescribe medication, and administer chemotherapy and other treatments. These skilled professionals also monitor patients who are acutely ill with various medical problems and diseases or are recovering from surgery. They handle large patient loads, juggle multiple patient populations, and adapt to the ever-changing face of nursing care. While most Oncology RN's work in hospitals, they can work in various settings, including camps, clinics, schools, and ambulatory care centers.
Education and Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN): 4-Year Education
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN): 2-Year Education
- To apply for a license as a RN, you must earn an ADN or BSN degree and pass the NCLEX.
- RN's can only work with an active state license.
- OCN certification is often required.

- Full Time Assignment (Minimum 13 weeks required)
- Recent Experience and Flexible Schedule Required
