Responsibilities- Operate manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Monitor and control the production process to ensure quality and efficiency, identifying and reporting any issues or concerns.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to improve processes and outcomes.
- Participate in quality control activities to ensure products meet quality standards, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 3-5 years of manufacturing experience preferred, with a focus on production operations and quality control.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and guidelines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
