Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sand Blaster to join our team at ResourceMFG in Lubbock, Texas. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for removing dirt, paint, grease, and other built-up material from surfaces using a blast booth or similar equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate a blast booth or similar equipment
  • Load and unload the blast cabinet
  • Assist with painting or coating as needed
  • Apply and remove non-skid materials as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous sandblasting experience or training
  • Experience working with or removing heavy metals a plus
  • Physical stamina
  • Familiarity with power tools
