Manufacturing Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating microelectronic assembly equipment, implementing process improvements, and troubleshooting equipment-related issues.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Set up, calibrate, and maintain microelectronic assembly equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to product and process flow to improve yield and cycle time.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Data Analysis: Collect and evaluate operating data to make informed decisions and optimize production processes.
- Engineering Support: Collaborate with engineers on experiments, rework, and quality testing to ensure high-quality products.
- Training: Train employees on equipment operation and processes to ensure a high level of competence and efficiency.
- Documentation: Write basic specifications and training documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Associate's degree in a technical field or 3+ years of related experience.
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with specific gowning and safety requirements.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 40 lbs.).
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
