Service Technician Advisor

Hendrick Automotive Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and estimating repair costs. You will work closely with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and repairs, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Service Advisor, where you will have the chance to work with a variety of customers and vehicles. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service, schedule appointments, and estimate costs. Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- Previous experience in automotive service industry (1-3 years)

- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
