Position Overview

Overnight Support Specialist - HCBS - Sleep Shift

Begin your evening by assisting clients with their nightly routines, followed by an overnight rest period. In the morning, provide support to clients as they prepare for their day.

About Us:

Hills & Dales Child Development Center is a dedicated non-profit organization focused on enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities. We are in search of enthusiastic Overnight Support Specialists to assist both children and adults with intellectual and physical challenges.

Employment Type: Full-time opportunities available:

  1. Enjoy an average of 203 days off per year with a 3-day work week.
  2. Benefit from an average of 152 days off per year with a 4-day work week.
  3. Earn Premium Pay (1.5 times base wage) for hours worked on weekends.

Compensation: Starting at $15.54/hour, with a premium rate of $23.31/hour for weekend shifts.

  1. Additional compensation for one or more years of experience in an HCBS environment.
  2. Extra pay for relevant college education, including AA or BS/BA degrees, or CMA/CNA certifications.

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent,
    • Valid driver's license,
    • Ability to qualify as an approved driver,
    • Personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursement available),
    • Minimum insurance coverage: $25,000 bodily injury liability (as indicated on your policy's Declarations page).
