Sr. OSP Construction Manager/Engineer (FTTH)

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. OSP Construction Manager/Engineer to join our team in the State College, PA area. This is a Full-Time position that will play a critical role in the design, engineering, and construction of Fiber to the Home (FTTH) networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and validate design packages from third-party design companies to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement construction plans and schedules.
  • Manage and oversee the construction process, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams as needed.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in FTTH design and/or construction.
  • Strong understanding of OSP engineering and construction principles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CAD, and other relevant software tools.
