Job Title: Associate Director Systems Engineering - Mission Management IPTL Lead

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director Systems Engineering to lead our Mission Management Integrated Product Team (IPT) in Aurora, Colorado. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and integration of our mission management components, ensuring timely delivery and meeting or exceeding scheduled milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the MM component through planning, development, and integration, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance baseline are met.
  • Manage a team of 180+ engineers on a geographically dispersed team, with multiple Agile Development Teams.
  • Collaborate with Program leadership, Systems and Software Teams, and external stakeholders to execute a multi-million dollar subcontract.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to modernize the MM software baseline.
  • Evolve Agile DevSecOps practices and develop a low-risk approach for implementing and deploying MM baseline to operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Engineering, or related Technical field with 12+ years' relevant experience.
  • Active Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
  • Proven experience leading Agile/DevSecOps teams and driving cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with effective communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Cloud technologies, Containerization, Automation, and Agile tool sets.
  • Leadership experience on large Engineering Teams on Defense and/or Intelligence Programs.
  • Understanding of SW development processes and ability to ensure consistency across an integrated product team.
