Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Design and execute engaging in-store demonstrations and events to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all food safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Prepare and serve food samples, using small appliances and cooking utensils, to showcase our products.
  • Assist with preparation for client visits and complete audit corrections as needed.
  • Complete expense reports and submit all online requirements in a timely manner.
  • Take digital photos of event setups to document success stories for clients.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one to three months' related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Proficient ability to use and navigate personal computers and mobile devices using applications and internal systems.
  • Food Safety Professional Certification and local food handlers permit (if required) are a plus.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; visual ability to read instructions and perform responsibilities.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds (including occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds) and push and pull a wheeled demonstration cart fully laden with appliances, supplies, and product.
Working Conditions

Retail store environment with limited travel required.

Language Skills

English is the primary language skill; however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
