King's Insurance Staffing is seeking an experienced Commercial General Liability Claims Adjuster to join our team. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving complex commercial general liability and auto claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Claims Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations, including obtaining statements, reviewing police reports, and gathering other relevant information to determine liability and negotiate settlements within authority limits.
- Claims Evaluation: Review policy coverage, determine liability, and negotiate settlements within authority limits to ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
- Claims Resolution: Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing investigation findings, liability decisions, and settlement recommendations to ensure effective claims resolution.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with policyholders, claimants, attorneys, and other stakeholders throughout the claims process to ensure timely and fair resolution of claims.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claims activities in the claims management system to ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial general liability/auto claims.
- Licenses and Certifications: Active FL license required.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite, and superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Salary: $85,000 to $100,000 annual based salary.
