YOUR ROLE IN OUR SUCCESS:

  • Deliver exceptional service while addressing guests by name.
  • Effectively resolve service-related issues following established protocols.
  • Act as a goodwill ambassador during events and public relations activities.
  • Promote our casino's events and programs enthusiastically.
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary, adhering to guidelines.
  • Take drink orders, coordinate with bartenders, assist in drink preparation, and serve beverages to guests.
  • Collaborate effectively with beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, and supervisors.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain valid alcohol service permits.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
