- Experience in dermatology is preferred.
- Strong selling and promotional skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

- Patient centricity: understanding of the patient journey and experience, with a patient-focused mindset.

- Analytical capability: ability to analyze data, segment HCPs, and use CE^3 to generate insights and do dynamic call planning.
- Technological agility: understanding, adapting, and effectively using technology in various aspects of healthcare business and interacting with HCPs.
- Teamwork/enterprise mindset: strong business acumen, ability to understand and analyze business and market drivers, and develop, execute, and adjust business plans.
