Job Title: Swim Instructor - Water Safety Specialist

Join our team of passionate and dedicated swim instructors at British Swim School of Northern Delaware. As a Water Safety Specialist, you will play a vital role in teaching children and adults the essential skills of swimming and water safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Instruct swimming lessons to children and adults, following the British Swim School aquatics program.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of our students.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Enthusiastic and patient personality.
  • Comfortable in and around the water, with strong swimming skills a plus.
  • Ability to complete all required British Swim School Aquatics-specific training and testing.
