Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatics Manager to join our team at the American Swim Academy. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for assisting in the operation of our facility, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of swim instructors.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management and training of all swim instructors
  • Teach classes and in-water training sessions
  • Be the point of contact between management, staff, and members
  • Develop and implement programs to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
  • Service-driven management experience
  • Experience in aquatics or recreation
