Key Responsibilities:

3. Coordinate the closing activities for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end, collaborating with internal departments and external partners to generate accurate financial reports.

5. Reconcile financial data in accordance with company policies and regulatory accounting practices.
6. Analyze complex directives and regulatory requirements, offering recommendations on accounting issues.
7. Serve as a subject matter expert in key business initiatives, contributing to the growth and development of the organization.
8. Assist in enhancing the quality of processes and systems, participating in the implementation of new regulations.
9. Support additional reporting requirements such as Unclaimed Property and Current Expected Credit Losses (CECL).
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting practices, including account variance analysis, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Proficient in applying US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to address complex accounting challenges.
- Experience with Sox compliance, audits, process improvements, and policy development.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
