Lead Two Year Old Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Two Year Old Educator to join our team at Wheeler Childcare. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging learning environment for our two-year-old students.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement weekly or monthly lesson plans that meet the needs of our two-year-old students.
- Provide daily care and supervision for our students, including mealtime, nap time, and playground supervision.
- Ensure the health and safety of our students by following TN licensing guidelines and maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other educators to plan and implement activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in our students.
- At least one year of experience in childcare, preferably in a lead position.
- Completion of all licensing required trainings prior to working with children on-site.
- CPR certification (we will provide training).
- 23 hours of online training required, which will be paid with the first check.
- PTO and vacation pay after 90 days.
