About the Role

As an Orkin Termite Sales Inspector, you will be responsible for understanding our comprehensive termite protection services and making strategic recommendations to customers. You will conduct 360 inspections, solve problems, and build trusted relationships with homeowners to ensure their peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
  • Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
  • Serve as an empathetic problem solver for customers by utilizing in-depth training to recommend the best innovative overall pest solution
  • Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
  • Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain how Orkin's products and services can give them peace of mind
  • Inspect the interior and exterior of customers' homes
  • Make recommendations to customers based on inspection and issues identified
  • Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • No experience required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
  • Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients
