Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Greystone Health Care Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and leading our clinical team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for residents
  • Assess and document resident conditions and nursing needs
  • Administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments as needed
  • Supervise and direct LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs
  • Participate in orientation and in-service training for personnel
  • Assist physicians with special tests and procedures
  • Ensure supplies are utilized economically and equipment is clean and maintained
  • Report and record pertinent observations and reactions regarding residents
Requirements
  • Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing
  • Valid RN license in the state employed
  • Valid CPR certification
  • One year of nursing experience preferred
