Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Assist and address customer inquiries regarding policy details and coverage benefits.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales techniques.
  • Utilize telemarketing skills to reach out to potential clients and schedule appointments for sales presentations.
