Job Summary:

Bretz RV & Marine is seeking a reliable and skilled Transportation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting recreational vehicles across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transportation: Safely drive RVs, trailers, and other recreational vehicles to various locations across the US.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in the retrieval and transfer of inventory between our dealerships.
  • Customer Delivery: Occasionally deliver vehicles to customers.
  • Travel: Be available to travel by air or car to varied locations across the US.
  • Logistics: Manage fuel, airfare, hotel, and meal expenses during travel, with reimbursement on a trip-by-trip basis.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • DOT Medical Certificate: Hold a valid DOT medical certificate.
  • CDL License: Preferably hold a CDL license.
  • Experience: Previous experience driving trucks, flatbeds, 5th wheels, or Class A vehicles is preferred.
  • Transport Experience: Previous transport experience is a plus.
  • DOT Standards: Be willing and able to adhere to DOT standards.

Compensation:

  • Mileage Rate: Earn 0.35 per mile.
  • Pay Frequency: Compensation is paid on a semi-monthly basis.
  • Variable Pay: Pay will vary from trip to trip, based on factors such as event, miles driven, and wait-times.
