We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team at Bright Horizons Children's Centers. As a Child Care Infant/Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our youngest learners.

About the Role

As a Child Care Infant/Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the cognitive, social, and emotional development of our infants and toddlers. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the unique needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote learning and exploration
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment that meets the needs of our children
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to child care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred
  • At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred
  • Ability to pass required state and company background checks

Pay Range: $20.75
