Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with educators to design and implement engaging learning activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth in young children.
  • Conduct daily health checks and maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring the well-being of our students.
  • Develop and implement individualized activities based on the unique needs and abilities of each child.

  • Support the development of positive relationships among children, promoting a caring and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of early childhood development and education principles.

  • One year of experience working with infants and toddlers, preferably in a teaching capacity.
  • Pass a thorough background check, including a criminal and child abuse and neglect screening, as well as a recent physical and TB test.
Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
  • Associate's degree in Early Childhood Development or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous classroom experience is a plus.
