Job Summary

We are seeking an Infant Toddler Educator to join our team at Youth In Need. As an Infant Toddler Educator, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming classroom environment that promotes the cognitive, social, and emotional development of infants and toddlers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality infant/toddler responsive care that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that promote learning and development
  • Partner with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment
  • Manage classroom environments to ensure safety and well-being of children
Requirements
  • Minimum of an Infant/Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent
  • 3 or more years of experience working in an Early Head Start Program or licensed community childcare program
  • Early Childhood Education/Child Development related degree or credential with at least 12 hours of ECE/Child Development coursework
