Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Rental Sales Management Trainee to join our team. As a Rental Sales Management Trainee, you will be responsible for acquiring proven industry knowledge, skills, and resources to develop your relationship-building skills. You will work closely with our operational and administrative teams to support location and regional management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle sales and process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation
  • Maintain current and accurate data within the company's marketing database
  • Generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads
  • Manage all rental asset processes, including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards
  • Meet overall Ryder market share by successfully executing sales and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies
  • Reconcile all customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain ongoing relationships and grow the current customer base
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Five (5) years or more customer service experience with issues resolution
  • Computer literacy at an intermediate level
