Ogden Clinic, a physician-owned multi-specialty healthcare facility, is actively seeking a dedicated Endocrinology Physician for a full-time position. The selected candidate will focus on diagnosing and managing patients with hormonal and endocrine disorders, including thyroid issues, diabetes, hypertension, and endocrine-related cancers. The role involves collaborating with a robust network of primary and specialty care providers for patient referrals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deliver professional and respectful service to all individuals associated with Ogden Clinic.
  • Uphold behavioral standards and respect the dignity of all individuals while managing resources effectively.
  • Adhere to regulatory standards, safety protocols, Clinic Policies and Procedures, and OSHA regulations.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
  • Administer or prescribe treatments, therapies, medications, vaccinations, and other specialized medical care.
  • Conduct, interpret, and order diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
  • Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Communicate procedures, discuss test outcomes, and provide health maintenance advice to patients.
  • Refer patients to other specialists as needed and coordinate care with additional healthcare professionals.
  • Develop health programs, implement standards, and engage in healthcare education initiatives.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Contribute to team efforts while maintaining confidentiality for both patients and staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate of an MD/DO program with a valid Utah medical license.
  • Competent in reading, writing, speaking, basic mathematics, reasoning, and computer skills.
  • Exhibit a positive demeanor, be an effective team collaborator, and possess strong organizational abilities.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Frequent communication, auditory engagement, standing, sitting, walking, manual dexterity, with occasional kneeling and lifting required.
  • Visual focus adjustments and physical capabilities are necessary.
  • Moderate noise levels are present in the work environment.
