We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Electroconvulsive Therapy Nurse to join our team at Lakeview Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality individualized preventive and supportive therapies to patients undergoing electroconvulsive therapy (ECT)
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs) to prepare and assist in ECT procedures
- Assist with patient recovery and discharge after ECT procedures
- Work in a fast-paced environment, providing life-changing therapies to patients
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 90 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 7 days of employment start date
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure and Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Previous clinical or hospital-based nursing experience preferred
